I come to you in the comfort of your own home and create a space free from distraction promoting tranquility and calm. Each yoga session will be tailored to your goals, whether it be stress reduction, pain management, strength building, introduction to the practice, etc. We will focus on breath work, meditation and safely moving in and out of different poses (asanas).
Do you have a group of two or more? Group instruction allows for smaller class size that exudes energy from co-practitioners, but also maintains a more intimate setting than larger class sizes.
