Random thoughts & how I’m feeling:
-Overall, energy is great! On our “baby moon” to Arizona I was able to get up every morning to workout and felt great all day! Might have just been the time change that was waking me up early, but hey, I’ll take it!
-Experiencing small waves of nausea after eating, but typically goes away pretty quickly.
-Went to the doctors and they ordered an ultrasound of my gallbladder just to make sure that’s not where the right rib pain was coming from. I really didn’t believe that’s it for it feels more muscular/nervy, but since I was there for an appointment, they went ahead and did it. Luckily, not gallbladder. Chalked it up to some growing pains and said deal with it! 🙂
-Baby kicks! I was feeling little flutters every now and then, but once we got back from Arizona she was MOVING & SHAKING! As soon as we got back from Phoenix, Brian was able to feel all the kicks and it was amazing!!!
Cravings:
I’m at that point that if you say it…I HAVE TO HAVE IT. And again, still feeling very snacky.
Aversions:
Coffee. Funny how things change SO quickly
Weight Gain:
Looks like I’m up another 5-7. Making a grand total of 17 pounds or so. Oh baby. My doctor hasn’t even looked at my weight and doesn’t seem to care, so I’ll take that as an invitation to keep on keepin’ on. I’m feeling great and not trying to concern myself with the weight gain. All in the name of a healthy little nugget!
Workouts:
Awesome! Lots of strength and interval workouts. Long walks/hikes and even got a few 20 minute runs. Still yoga-ing – making more modifications for the belly. Forward folds are getting a little tougher.
We had such a wonderful time on our trip to Arizona. It was the perfect mix of spending time with great friends, exploring new places, physical activity, adventure, perfect weather, awesome food, relaxing and spending some quality time together. Now we can say this little one went to the Grand Canyon before she was even one! <3
